Daily Rental Service Charter – UK Mainland and Northern Ireland
- We have a central reservation facility and operate a ‘no turndown’ policy on core vehicle groups
- We guarantee that if we cannot provide you with your vehicle group of choice, we will upgrade at no extra cost
- We provide an Express service at 15 major airports via the Avis preferred service desk – Please enquire when booking
- If you are not entirely satisfied with the condition of the vehicle upon delivery we will take £5.00 off your invoice
- If requested at the time of booking, we will provide you with a grace period of 3 hours at the end of your rental
- With the purchase of our Recovery Package, you can take your vehicle overseas at the UK daily rate
- We will deliver most bands of cars within 2 hours. Small vans we will deliver within 4hrs. All other vehicle's are subject to confirmation within 24hrs
- If we deliver your vehicle over 1 hour late – we will take £5.00 off your invoice
- If we deliver your vehicle over 2 hours late – we will take £10.00 off your invoice
- Vehicles are collected within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
- If we collect your vehicle late, we will deduct £10.00 from your invoice
- We provide a 24 hour breakdown and recovery service for your peace of mind
- Your hire includes a total of 2,800 free miles in any 28 day period.
- Excess mileage is charged at £0.10 per mile on all vehicles - Penalty charges may be applied if vehicle exceeds maximum mileage limit displayed on dashboard.
Rates Exclude:
- VAT
- Registration Surcharge of £1.25 per day, charged for 21 days out of 28
- Fuel charged at £1.40 per litre (subject to change). Fuel charges under £6.50 (incl. VAT) will not be charged to you
- Deliveries and collections will be charged at £10.00 each way
- Out of hours deliveries (18:01 - 07:59) will be charged an additional £10.00 + VAT
- Penalty charges may be applied if vehicle exceeds maximum mileage limit displayed on dashboard
- Insurance (Collision Damage Waiver) – available on request
- Cars must be insured for 4 working hours after termination on Customer’s own insurance. Vans must be insured for 6 working hours after termination on Customer’s own insurance.
- Airport surcharge at 18%
- All rates exclude the cost of any non-accident damage such as tyres and glass
- Aborted Deliveries will be charged the first day of hire.
- Aborted Collections will be charged £25.00
